In 2012 was a dark year in the history of IPL, when India TV exposed the number one fixing team of IPL. The names of these players are Revel Abhinav Bali (Delhi), TP Sudhindra (Deccan Chargers), Mohnish Mishra (Pune Warriors), Amit Yadav (Kings XI Punjab) were caught taking black money. This exposed the dark side of IPL fixing teams. After the exposure, BCCI banned the players involved, which proved their commitment to keep IPL free from corruption and prevent the formation of a new number one fixing team in IPL.
